离了个大谱，鞋类零售商Allbirds宣布将出售其运动鞋业务宣布转型AI算力基础设施，改名“NewBird AI”，股价就飙升300%。公告通过一笔5000万美元的可转债融资布局GPU算力及AI基础设施建设，关键是5000万美金也就能买不到20组B200（通常指GB200 NVL72或类似配置）机柜，这么小的购买量英伟达可能理都不理。🤣

美股里的几千万几亿美金市值的小票，其实跟币市里山寨币一样，大部分就是庄股，壳本身就是最大的价值，庄家自己玩画线吸引散户。尽量避而远之
