SPACEX $SPCX OPENS FOR TRADING ON HYPERLIQUID VIA PERPETUAL FUTURES AT $208/SHARE

Perpetual Futures are basically creating liquidity for non-liquid assets and have been incredibly accurate.

This price action is implying an open of $2.4T, the biggest IPO in history.

虽然 SpaceX 的上市市值很高，但是融资的资本比例不是很高，是总资本的大约4%，较之于过去绝大多数的IPO，大约10%-20%的融资比例，这一比例实在太低。

由于可能会被直接纳入多数ETF，各种EFT会被动买入，这会导致这个融资比例，一定会带来巨大的买入压力。

但是到了90-180天的解冻期，事情就会完全反转。由于SpaceX积累了几十年的早期融资和股权派发，员工持股者高达几十万人，哪怕只有极小一部分的人选择抛售，也会多达上千亿的抛售，这几乎是IPO融资规模的几倍。

所以 SpaceX上市，初期肯定是猛涨，要冲就这个时候冲，到了解冻期你就别想了，可能是历史级别的溃跌。

The company is set to trade on the Nasdaq under $SPCX, with shares expected to begin trading as early as June 12th.

They're targeting $75 billion in proceeds at a $1.75 trillion valuation.

SpaceX is on deck to be the largest IPO ever.

Sam Badawi: SpaceX shareholders approved a 5-for-1 common stock split, with the company adjusting its estimated fair value per share to roughly $105 from about $527, according to Bloomberg.
