$NVO Im biased and id still argue its deserved. After so many guidance cuts and 2026 negative growth forecasts it deserved a proper rerating.

Does not take anything away from the fact that I think its still a good longterm investment and risk/reward might be as good as it ever was

Hated Moats Investor: Wegovy pill numbers are more important than CagriSema "disappointment".

✅Even non-early-responders lost a meaningful 11.5%
✅77% of people with poor physical function saw significant improvement in mobility

They also dropped a comparison against $LLY's Orforglipron:

The Wegovy pill produced greater weight loss, and orforglipron users were about 14x more likely to quit due to GI side effects. (take this with a grain of salt as this is not H2H).

In a patient preference survey, 84% preferred a treatment profile matching Wegovy pill.

The headline trial result (OASIS 4) remains 17% average weight loss vs. 2.7% for placebo over 64 weeks.

🚨 $NVO HIGHER DOSE WEGOVY SHOWS NEARLY 28% WEIGHT LOSS

The Step UP trial showed faster weight loss than the 2.4mg dose, most of the weight loss was due to losing body fat.

- 7.2 mg dose: 20.7% average weight loss

This is how insured prescriptions have developed week over week since launch (Symphony data):

🚨 JUST IN - The FDA flagged a case of hepatic failure in a 56-year-old man using $LLY's Foundayo.

The event “has the potential to create market confusion if not laid out with full background”

Details in the FDA report were thin and it remains unclear if there were other circumstances that could have played a role in the patient’s outcome

$LLY - With great earnings report.

They beat both on EPS and Revenue, but more importantly, they raised FY 2026 guidance.

Guidance was between $80-$83B and was now raised to between $82-$85B.

The CEO said: '' Foundayo will meaningfully expand the number of people who can benefit from GLP-1s''.

This applies to $NVO's Oral Wegovy as well.

The Oral GLP-1 era is reaching a whole new range of patients.
